defeated, deflated,
a left over,
unpurchased balloon
unprotected, rejected
fading in a shadowed corner
lacking purpose,
potential
unimportant, unnoticed
as the others,
without cruelty, or malicious
intent
pack up, preparing
to leave me behind.
